1. First, send us an email on our Contact Page.
We do most of our scheduling by email.

2. Payment. To hold your time - Sessions are prepaid, by one business day before.

Pay by credit card (most popular)
We'll email a link to secure online payment invoice - using SQUARE.com - All major credit cards accepted.

Pay by check -- First, please email us to schedule your session.
Pay By Check Sessions have a 2-week wait time.
Please note --$20 fee for returned checks.

3. FAQs - and how to prepare for your session.

Once your session is set, we'll email confirmation of the date and time, tips to prepare for the session, and how to send photos.

4. PHOTOS - of your animal are helpful but not necessary.
We can work with names and physical descriptions, too.
For your conveninece, we'll save photos for the next session.

Because it takes time to download & process photos sent - We need photos no later than one business day before (sorry, no exceptions.)

Your Appointment Day ... who calls who?

Susan will call you - at your phone number or Skype address - at your scheduled time. Phone calls to US & Canada are free. SKYPE is free worldwide.
