1. First, contact our office to set up the appointment time:

2. How soon can we schedule an appointment?

If you have email access: Usually within a few days to a week.

If you're using snail-mail: 2 weeks


3. Once your appointment time is set, you'll receive two emails:

*Email confirming your appointment time with tips to get the most out of your session.*

*Email invoice from PayPal (unless you're mailing a check or we scheduled a barn call)*

4. Payment

All appointment reservations now are pre-paid.

Once your appointment is set, you will receive an email from PayPal with your personalized invoice.

PayPal is free for you and you do not need an account with them to use it. Nobody in our office has access to your personal information.

PayPal Orders need to be completed 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

5. Next, the fun part... Getting ready for your consultation

Photos of your animals:
Photos are helpful but not necessary. We can work with a name and description of your animals if we don't have a picture. Email is fastest. ONE OR TWO digital photos of each animal (looking towards the camera is best.)

Email a photo: You can just hit "reply" to the email from our office.

If you want your mailed snapshot returned: Please enclose a self-addressed envelope, or we can keep it in your file for future consultations.

6. On Your Appointment Day

Susan will call the number you gave us at your appointment time. Please email a day in advance if you will be at another number. Land lines and VOIP are better than cell phones ... we feel really silly saying "can you hear me now" when we're communicating telepathically!

Please have your phone line open for the full use of your time.

Cancellation Policy

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to our schedule of other work commitments and to other clients waiting for appointments, I would appreciate 48 hour's notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Missed appointments (no call / no show) and appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full appointment fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours: If we are unable to fill your appointment time, a $25 rescheduling fee applies.

To change an appointment, it is the client's responsibility to call (not email) our office at 518-245-8010 on a business day (Monday-Friday) at least 24 hours before the appointment.
